Popeyes in Anderson

We went through the drive through earlier this evening and when we got to the drive up window, everyone of the workers including the shift manager had their mask down below their chins. When I mentioned it, the manager thought it was funny. We left without any food after waiting in line for 25 minutes. We didn’t want contaminated food from mask less employees breathing and coughing all over it. We will not return to this store for food. Very unsanitary.

Long waits for incomplete orders. 3 cars in a row had issues

Food has always been hot and fresh. The staff is always friendly and I try to eat here when I'm in the area. Was told butterfly shrimp is coming to the menu soon. My coworker got the spicy chicken sandwich and had never eaten at popeyes, he's already figuring out where the closest one to where we live so he can take his girlfriend

I waited 15min for 12 piece meal! For them to give my order to the car that was behind me( also waiting). I asked for refund.

Everything is good. Chicken sandwich could be better tho. Like seriously.

I called in two family meals and the had it all ready and hot. The food is amazing delicious man i love the food there they have the best food. They was friendly sweet and nice thank you all your the best 100%

Stopped at the Anderson, Indiana location. We ordered two chicken tender po boy meals. Tenders were extremely small. Several bites of the sandwich were only bread. Very disappointed in the amount of fries. See photo. Most tables in the restaurant were not wiped off. It was not busy to explain the messy tables. Let me add though that the staff was friendly. Other than that, Not a very happy experience.

Food was hot and accurate.

Driving thru from Muncie to Indy, I had to remind them to give me my medium Sprite and when I got home, there was no classic chicken sandwich (they're expensive) in the bag. Waited 10 minutes for my order. Check your order before pulling off. Disappointed.

That chicken sandwich is amazing

Always slow service. Out of chicken sandwiches of course. But why are they always out of sweet heat dipping sauce. Tonight they are out of Dr. Pepper also.

Have not eaten here for awhile. I had the 3 piece blackened chicken, red beans and rice. It was a good dinner. The chicken had just enough spice that did not override the flavor, red beans would give an average grade. But will with the money. Service was very good and fast. If you want a good quick meal this is it.

The food was good but they forgot anything extra. Paid for extra biscuits and asked for a side of ranch that I did not get. The drive through was too long to get it corrected and the other reviews seem like they make a habit of this.

The chicken was good, popcorn shrimp, fair. But the real problem was the air conditioning set at about 64 degrees. My food was cold before I could even eat it. Plus it was so-o-o cold that I couldn't get outside quick enough. So overall, a lousy dining experience. I guess they only want to sell through the drive through.

We got 2 separate orders from this location. Our red beans and rice hardly had any of the beans and sauce in it, it was mainly rice, they forgot our popcorn shrimp, and one of our chicken orders was bone in meat and not the tenders we ordered. When we got to the pay window we realized that we were overcharged by almost $30 for a $20.99 family meal order with 6 extra biscuits. We were misunderstood and almost got 6 extra orders of 6 biscuits each which was over $22. Be careful when visiting this place and make sure you check your order and the receipt before you pull away.

First time we were there! We will highly recommend it to everyone!! The chicken was delicious and the fries were 👌

Super slow and rude lazy staff. I avoid this place. I do doordash and this is THE WORST restaurant in Anderson. Never accept orders for this place. Really bad place. Always dirty also.

Love the chicken sandwiches here!

The last three time I’ve been to this site. The food is fine, but they always make you pull forward in the drive threw. The last times times have been no different plus they also got the order wrong despite the extra time they make you wait. Now I’ve been short pieces of chicken, a few sides. Staff just don’t care. The prices are way to high to get things wrong. They have no issue getting full payment from you that part never fails.

This was the most perfectly cooked and best tasting meal I've ever had at a Popeye's or any other chicken place for that matter. I was actually very surprised. I wasn't expecting that. I do a lot of traveling and I eat at a lot of different restaurants and it's kind of like what Forrest Gump said about a box of chocolates, you never know what you're going to get. This was really off the charts. It was awesome. My hat is off to the management and crew here.

Just went to try the chicken sandwich. The chicken was so ridiculously DRY, the buns were soggy as hell, there was no sauce on the sandwich at all! My side was fries and there were a total of 10 soggy fries. It is disgustingly clear that The staff doesn’t care at all about their customers. I can’t believe i was looking forward to this.

How this place is still open is beyond me. They could hire guinea pigs and they would make better employees than what they have. Go to LEE’s

Friendly staff. Wide variety of options on the menu however I have only had the Spicy chicken sandwich and the Cajun fries. Great sandwich that can be ordered either Spicy or Regular the difference being the sauce. As for their chicken all I can say is I have seen it ordered by several customers both dine in and carry out so it must be good too.

Best. Customer. Service. Hands down! Absolutely shocked and highly impressed with the staff working around 6pm 17 Oct 2019. Had to wait on my blackened chicken, which was completely fine, a staff member apparently dropped one so they gave me 3 extra. They didn't have to, I didn't even ask. If I'm ever in Anderson again, I'm stopping by!

I was at popeyes years ua go the chicken is hot spicy and do have regular chickenleg without species, allso I like sweet tea your food is delicious. I gave popeyes 5 stars.

Drive thru wrapped around the building 6 people waiting in line. I have been here almost 15 minutes since paying. 5 people in back and still waiting. Horrible service today. This is ridiculous. They are all laughing and joking. Food is ready but not giving it out.

Only want to serve white meat chicken

26 mins in line and moved 1 car length... definitely not fast food. 12 cars left while waiting in line. Replace this staff bc they are costing you money!!!!

Took a long time to get the food and you have to pay for dip for your food

I used to work here as my first job and i loved it. It a peaceful enviornment for the most part, my coworkers were all very friendly, and even the customers were friendly. Every once in a while i would have a rude customer but that was very rare. Tamara was the manager and she was really caring of her employees. Only thing i did not like about working here is i didnt get paid much. The food is good and even before i worked here this was always my favorite place to eat chicken because its just that good. Prices have gone up on some products since i worked there but it is still reasonable. And there is always a deal or special going on every month.

Good food, small proportion on fries for cost, grumpy service. Decent place to eat. Would choose CFA over this any day.
